Gerald “Ray” R. Terwilleger of Pine Bush passed away on January 5, 2016 at Westchester Medical Center surrounded by his family. Ray was born on July 25, 1938 to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Conley Terwilleger. He was 77 years old. He was married to Joan Squazzo Terwilleger for many loving years. Ray served his country in the Army National Guard from 1955-1965. He was a foreman at the Green Fan Co. in Beacon, NY for several years. Ray was actively involved with the Little League and was a member of the Pine Bush American Legion. He will be deeply missed by his family.
Ray is survived by his wife Joan at home; sons, Raymond A. Terwilleger and wife Debbi of Middletown, Jerry R. Terwilleger and wife Carla of Marlboro; daughter, Joan Brentnall and husband Norman of Maybrook; brother, Robert Bunt of PA; eight grandchildren, Joseph, Paul, Ashley, Jessica, Stephanie, Brittany, Kelly and Kira.
He was predeceased by his grandson Justin
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made in Ray’s name to the American Heart Association.
