Howard Godwin of Bloomingburg, NY passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 at Montgomery Nursing Home, Montgomery, NY. The son of the late George F. and Myrtle Godwin, he was born on July 11, 1921 in Baltimore, MD. He was 94 years old. Howard was a US Navy veteran and a former employee of the NYS Psychiatric Center, Middletown, NY.
He is survived by his friend, Kelley Pavich of Walden, NY.
Burial will take place with military honors on Saturday, February 27th in the Gardens of Faith Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
