Loretta Christian of Walden, NY passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Westchester Medical Center Valhalla, NY. The daughter of the late Henry and Constance Doll Lemieux, she was born on January 7, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY.
Loretta was a dog groomer for Pampered Pets in Walden, NY. She was a member of Grace Community Church, Washingtonville, NY and the Walden Senior Citizens.
Survivors are her husband, Claude P. Christian at home; son, Andrew Christian and his wife, Jolene of Downingtown, PA; Lisa Walls and her husband, Michael of Pine Bush; uncle Rodman Doll of Ann Arbor, MI, and grandchildren James, Amber, Danielle, Drew, Luke and Jeremy.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 14th from 6-8 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 8 PM at the funeral home following the visitation. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Community Church,
2839 Route 94, Washingtonville, NY or the Walden Humane Society.
