Obituary of Robert N. Siegman

Robert N. Siegman of Middletown, NY, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The son of the late Norman L. and Evelyn Whigam Siegman, he was born on March 23, 1949 in Newburgh, NY. He was 67 years old. He was an Army Veteran having served in Viet Nam. Bob was the Director of Maintenance Training for Liberty Lines Transit Co., Yonkers, NY for 32 years. He was also a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, the Wallkill Masonic Lodge #627, the Walden Historical Society and the Antique Tractor Club. Survivors are his wife, Diane Bardsley Siegman at home; son, Gregg E. Siegman and his wife, Carrie of Peace Valley, MO; daughter, Lauren E. Casamento and her husband, Paul, of Highland; grandchildren: Abigail, Nathan, Claire and Adam; sister, Jane Knapp and her husband, Gary of Montgomery and nephew, Justin Fowler and his wife, Alison of Denver, CO. A visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9PM on Monday, October 17th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 18th at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Walden, NY. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church or the Wallkill Masonic Lodge#627.
