Audrey Adele Orpikowski of Maybrook, NY passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Elant at Fishkill. The daughter of the late Robert and Edith L. Stenlake Burns, she was born on September 6, 1930 in Staten Island, NY. She was 86 years old. Audrey made dolls and enjoyed the activities of the Maybrook VFW Post 2064.
Survivors are her husband, Arthur J. Orpikowski at home; daughter, Valerie Yanes of Maybrook; stepson, Thomas J. Orpikowski of Wappingers Falls; stepdaughter, Joanne Orpikowski of Washingtonville; grandchildren: Ami, Jillian, Kimberly, and Audrey; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Frank N. Hoberg; son, Frank J. “John” Hoberg; brother, Robert Burns; and two sisters, Dorothy Smith and Irene Stevens.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 5th at the Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used at their discretion.
