Frances M. Schroeder of Walden, a former employee of Champion Bag Co., Walden, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Highland Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Middletown, NY. The daughter of the late Frederick and Eugenia Lasiw Schroeder, she was born on November 15, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY. She was 75 years old.
Frances is survived by her brothers: Bernard Schroeder and his wife, Sandy of Walden and Phillip Schroeder and his wife, Elsie of Florida; sisters: Claire Bastedo and her husband Robert of Long Island and Lucille Reyes and her companion Joel Rodriquez of Walden; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Frederick and Leonard Schroeder and sisters, Gertrude Pino and Margaret Holzheid.
Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh. Interment of cremains will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
