Roger L. Dutcher Sr of New Windsor, New York passed away on December 15, 2024 in Peekskill, NY. He was 72. Roger was born on January 16, 1952 in Nyack, NY. His mother was Ruthie Dutcher.
He is survived by his sons; Roger Dutcher Jr. (Jenn) of Walden and Glen Dutcher (Kathy) of Cairo, NY; daughter, Tracey Jones of Newburgh; six grandchildren, Falyn, Shelby, Alira, Demari, Davian and Everett.
Roger was predeceased by his sister, Roxanne Karr and his mother Ruthie Karr.
