Lillian Victoria Woolard of New Windsor, NY passed away on September 26, 2024 at Campbell Hall Nursing Home. She was 90. Liilian was born on January 11, 1934 in NYC, NY to the late George Smith and Lillian Mackegney. She was married to the late Jesse Woolard. Lillian was a badge maker for many years at the Everson Ross Badge Company. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Lillian is survived by her daughters, Susan Hiltz (Stephen) of New Windsor, Cheryle Ann Woolard (Glen Baudin) of Foxworth, Mississippi, Jessica Marie Woolard (Kinziecki Wolford) of Dallas, TX.; Son-in-law, Robert Poole of Mt. Ivy, NY; thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one on the way.
She was predeceased by her husband Jesse Woolard; daughter, Theresa Poole; son, Mark Alexander Jones; brother, George Smith.
A visitation will be held on Thursday October 3, 2024 from 4-7 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586 (845) 778-3811
A prayer service will be held on Friday October 4, 2024 at 12 noon at the funeral home.
Burial to follow in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Rte 52 Walden, NY
Contributions may be made to Autism Awareness or the Alzheimers Association.
