Obituary of Sharon Anne Delmonico

Sharon Anne Delmonico of Walden, NY passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on August 23, 2024. She was 44. Sharon was born on November 10, 1979 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh, NY. She was born to Edward and Nanette Hirsch Pearce. Sharon was an Athletic Trainer for the Minisink Valley Central School District for several years and the Valley Central School District where she was currently. Sharon is survived by her husband of over 21 yrs. Kevin Delmonico at home; son, Cody Delmonico; daughter, Mackenzie Delmonico; twin brother, Edward “Eddie” Pearce and wife Julie of Newport News, VA. brother, Michael Pearce and wife April of Fort Rutgers, Alabama; sister, Jennette Sheak and husband Paul of Birdsboro, PA.; thirteen nieces and nephews; five uncles and one aunt. Sharon was predeceased by her uncle Peter and her grandparents. The family would like to thank all of the nurses and doctors at Crystal Run and Garnet Health Care for all of their care and support. Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 27th from 4-8 PM at the Goodwill Church 2135 Route 208 Montgomery, NY 12549. Memorial Contributions may be made St. Jude's or Hospice of Orange and Sullivan 800 Stony Brook Ct. Newburgh, NY 12550 Cremation and Burial of Ashes will held privately at a later date.
