Jose A. Rivera of Wallkill, NY passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh NY. The son of Migel Angel Rivera and Carmen Charriez, he was born in Puerto Rico. He was 61 years old. He was a construction worker in Puerto Rico.

Jose is survived by his life partner Yvonne Ayala at home; sons: Jason Collazo of Wallkill; Jerry Cruz of Florida; and Pedro Marrero of Newburgh; daughters: Maria Rios of Newburgh, Lidia Hernandez of Newburgh and in law Karen Callazo of New Windsor; brother, Orlando Rivera of Puerto Rico and sister, Daly Rivera of Puerto Rico; grandchildren; Jason Jr, Eva, and Vincent nieces and nephews..
