Carol S Kruseck of Middletown, NY passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Middletown NY. The daughter of the late Folke and Jennie Burba Bjorling, she was born on June 9, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY. She was 80 years old. Carol was self-employed for several years and owned her own furniture business.
She is survived by her daughters: Jill Kruseck- Barber (William) of Wurtsboro and Michelle Kruseck-Strong (Mark) of Afton, NY. ; sister-in-law, Alice Amthor(Arnold “Butch”) of Wallkill; fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; nieces and nephews
She was predeceased by her parents; son, Richard Kruseck ; daughter, Susan Kruseck-Rockey; brother, Al Bjorling.
A visitation will be held from 2-5 PM on Sunday, January 8th at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM at the funeral home on Monday January 9th, 2017. Burial will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY.
