I remember Decatur Rabiet with great fondness. As Director of Personnel at Lloyd's, he took me under his wing when I came in as a management trainee. We developed a collegial relationship and I eventually became Director of Training and Development. He was a great man, and someone I looked up to and considered my friend. May God rest his soul and may his memory live on.
