Lucille M. Baratta of Pine Bush, NY passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Montgomery Nursing Home. The daughter of the late Giuseppe Marzigliano and the late Rafaella Acquafreda Marzigliano, she was born on October 26, 1926 in West New York, NJ. She was 97 years old.

Lucille was predeceased by her husband, George J. Baratta. She is survived by her two sons, George Baratta (Marsha) or Fort Mill, SC and Michael Baratta (Karen) of Pine Bush, NY; one daughter Linda Egan (Jay) of Wurtsboro, NY; five grandchildren: Josh, Ben, Michael, Dominick, and Robert; and several great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Pine Bush Seniors.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 1 pm at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org.
