Susan L. Lockwood, of Montgomery, NY, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 in Campbell Hall, NY. The daughter of the late Thomas DeGroodt and Sandra A. Henderson DeGroodt, she was born on May 24, 1961 in Newburgh, NY. She was 62 years old.
Susan is survived by her mother, Sandra A. DeGroodt, of Montgomery, NY; one son, Thomas Lockwood, of Texas; two daughters, Kimberly Fernandez, of Florida, and Amber Lockwood, of Bloomingburg, NY; one brother, Edward DeGroodt (Pearl), of Maybrook, NY; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 2 pm at the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Route 52, Walden, NY.
