Richard T. Paugh of Montgomery passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The son of the late Thomas and Blanche Zamatuk Paugh, he was born on August 30, 1938 in Bayonne, NJ. He was 78 years old. He was a millwright for the Carpenters Union 740, New York City and an Army veteran.
Richard is survived by his wife, Carole Scott-Paugh at home; son, Richard Paugh of Jackson, NJ; daughter, Judith Paugh of South Africa; sister, Pam Schwanke of Connecticut; 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and nieces.
A graveside service will at 2 PM on Tuesday, January 31st at the Orange County Veterans Cemetery, 111 Craigville Rd., Goshen, NY. Cremation was in the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
