Thomas G. Lawless, Jr. of Walden, NY passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023
at Middletown Park Manor, Town of Wallkill, NY. The son of Thomas and Catherine Zazversky Lawless, Sr., he was born on September 15, 1940 in Walden, NY. He was 83 years old. Tom was a carpenter for Brescia Pole Building, Montogmery, NY and a US Navy Veteran. He was a life member of the Col. Bradley Hose Co. and life member of the Walden VFW.
Tom is survived by his wife, Dorothy at home; son, Thomas G. III and his wife, Jenifer of Wallkill; daughter, Karen Lawless and Larry Bonetti of Walden; grandchildren, William and Jackson; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by Patricia Haegele, Joan Bemont, and Lawrence and Theodore Lawless.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21st from 10 to 11 am at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St, Walden, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday November 21st following the visitation. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society, 2489 Albany Post Road, Walden, NY 12586 or the Montgomery Food Pantry, PO Box 423, Montgomery, NY, 12549.
