Alice Elizabeth Stenberg of Wurtsboro passed peacefully at home with her family by her side. She was 87. Alice was the widow to the late William Stenberg. She was born on June 28, 1936 to the late Gottfried and Alice VanDerberg Holzheid in Brooklyn, NY. Alice was a administrative assistant for Workman's Comp. Home Ins. Company in NYC, NY. She will be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by; sisters, Carol and Arlene; nephew, Paul Holzheid; niece, Elinor; great niece, Renee (Josh) DeZemo; great great niece, Lena.
Services will be private. Burial will be held in the Cypress Hills Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY.
