Olga Solis Obituary
Olga Solis of Monroe, NY passed away peacefully at Valley View Rehabilitation Center in Goshen, NY on July 29, 2026. She was 98 years old. Olga was born in Managua, Nicaragua on June 30, 1928 to the late Genaro Lira and Leonora Cuadra. She will be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Marisol Soto (Franky) of Monroe, NY, Jessica Maria Rosa (Rafael) of Florida and Frances Castro (Ralph) of Virginia; grandchildren, Gabrielle Soto, Franky Soto Jr., Adrienne Castro, Cristina Castro, Christopher Rosa, Juan Rosa, Rafael Rosa and Miguel Rodriguez; great grandchildren, Lucas Rodriguez and Liam Rodriguez.
Olga was predeceased by her parents and son, Michael Solis as well as many brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday August 8, 2026 from 2-5:45 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc. 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY 12586.
Prayer services will be held at 5:45 PM following the visitation at the funeral home.
Cremation will be private.
