Margaret L. Weygant of Walden, NY passed away at home with her family by her side on Tuesday April 14, 2026. She was 84. Margaret was born on November 19, 1941 to the late Dorothy Marie Barnes in Monroe, NY. She was married to the late Willard Weygant. Margaret was a housekeeper for several years at the Campbell Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Copp (Jessie) of Newburgh, Sandra Lynch (Patrick) of Wallkill, Rose Weygant (Robert Soukup) of Walden and Lori Weygant of Wallkill, NY; several grandchildren including Margaret Depew (Stephen); several nieces and nephews.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents; husband, Willard Weygant; Geraldine Weygant; one sister and two brothers.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Campbell Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Visitation will be held on Saturday April 18, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home , Inc. 39 Orchard Street Walden, NY 12586.

Cremation will be private.
