Joann B. Cook passed away on March 18, 2026 at Vassar Bros. Hospital. She was 75. Joann was born on January 6, 1951 in Peekskill, NY to the late William and Dorothy Gilbert Cypher. She was married to William Cook. Joann was a dedicated homemaker for most of her life. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Her survivors include; husband, William "Bill" Cook of Middletown; sons, Scott Lancaster of Florida, Daniel Lancaster of Texas, Charles "Chuck" Lancaster of Gardiner; brother, William Gilbert of Fishkill; Thirteen Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter Debra L. Lancaster; sister, Darlene Daniels; two grandchildren, Christopher and William.
Cremation and Services will be private.
