Peter Eugene Schick of Montgomery, NY passed away on December 6, 2025 in Goshen, NY. He was 93. He was born on December 20, 1931 in Maybrook, NY to the late Leonard Eugene Schick and Ethel Althiser. Peter married Eleanore and they celebrated over 63 years of marriage. He was a construction engineer for the NYS Department of Transportation for many years. He was a member of the Church of the Assumption in Maybrook, Maybrook Golden Links as well as the Maybrook VFW Post 2064.

He is survived by; son, Peter Schick Jr. (Beth) of Montgomery; daughters, Lori Connolly (Arthur) of Buchanan,Melanie Purcio (Rick) of Henrietta and

Debra Ellisen (Eric) of Oakland California; brother in law, Ronald Maile (Judy) of Rochester; grandchildren, Jessica Schick-Campbell (Zac), Matthew Schick, Matthew Connolly, Dan Purcio and Colin Ellisen.

Visitation will be held on Thursday December 11, 2025 from 3- 6 at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc. 39 Orchard St. Walden, NY. 845-778-3811

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday December 12, 2025 at 11 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church 2800 Rte 17K Bullville, NY 10915.

Burial to follow in Wallkill Valley Cemetery Rte 52 Walden.
