Jill Ann McCormick of Walden passed away at Garnet Health Medical Center on November 17, 2025. She was 65 years old. Jill was born in Middletown, NY on March 18,1960 to Robert J. and Helen Schoonmaker. Jill recieved her Bachelor's Degree from Mount Saint Mary's College and her Masters at Marist College. She taught at Orange-Ulster BOCES.

Jill is survived by her parents; Sons Kory McCormick of Virginia; Tyler McCormick of Walden; Brothers Robert Schoonmaker of Seattle; Scott Schoonmaker of Florida; Sister Susan Hassett of High Falls; Grandchild Silver McCormick; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice and MPB school.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday December 6, 2025 at 11 AM at Most Precious Blood Church 42 Walnut Street Walden, NY 12586
