Michael Andrew Lally, 71, of Bronx, NY, passed away on September 24, 2025, at Colombia Presbyterian Hospital.

He was born on November, 7, 1953, in Bronx, NY to the late Vincent Lally and Alice Waterson. Michael was a Operating Engineer for Local 30 in NYC, NY. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Michael is survived by sons; Vincent Lally (Stephanie) of Florida, Peter “PJ” Lally (Shelby) of Tennessee; brothers, James Shanahan (Pam) of New Jersey, Richard Lally (Mary) of Maybrook; sisters Frances Meade of Queens, Joanne Farrell (Edward) of Florida, Barbara Armstrong of Bronx, NY; grandchildren Colton and Charlotte Lally. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his sister Jeanne Shanahan; 3 nephews, Anthony Lally, James Shanahan and Michael Lawlor.

Cremation will be private.

Burial of Ashes will be held on Saturday April 25, 2026 at 11 AM at the St. Mary's Cemetery, Railroad Avenue, Montgomery, New York.
