James Arthur Miller of South Carolina, formerly of the Hudson Valley passed away on September 3, 2025. He was 82. He was born on May 14, 1943 to the late Levi and Rose Warren Miller in Kingston, NY. Jim was a freight trainman for the New York New Haven and Hartford Railroad for many years. He was married to Amolia Grace Colantuono Miller. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Jim is survived by his wife Amolia "Molly" Miller at home; son, Derek Miller (June); daughter, Lisa DeStefano (John); brother, Lowell Warren (Grace); sister, Joyce Bruck (Vinny); grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents; son, James Miller Jr.; brother, Ashton and sister Barbara.

Graveside services were private in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Rte 52 Walden, NY.
