Mildred H Davis passed away at home on August 12, 2025. She was 70 years old. She was born to the late Thomas VanVlack Sr. and Virginia Corbin on April 19, 1955 at her family home in Newburgh, NY. Mildred was a devoted mother, sister, and wife. Her life was dedicated to caring for her children and her brother Tommy for over 25 years. She will be dearly missed.


Mildred is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Sprague (Bruce) of Wallkill, Stephanie Cortez (John) of Ohio, Adrienne L. Davis (Casey) of Middletown; brother; Thomas VanVlack Jr.; grandchildren, Cameron Sprague (Marisa), Alyssa Sprague, Julian Cortez and Mia Cortez. She is also survived by her children's father and former husband of 39 years, Richard Davis.


She was predeceased by her brother James P. VanVlack, her parents and her two beloved dogs, Star and Shadow.
