Joyce C. Stemmler of Walden, NY was called home after a long illness on February 9, 2025 at Garnet Health Medical in Middletown, NY. She was 87. Joyce was born in Kingston, NY on January 15, 1938 to the late Paul Cardone and Edna Ostrander. She was married to William Stemmler for 69 yrs. She was a dedicated homemaker and an awesome Granny to her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Joyce was survived by her sons, William P. Stemmler (Karen) of Walden and Daniel P. Stemmler (Lori) of Wallkill; daughters, Robin Yannone (Anthony) of Pennsylvania, Kimberlee Wallner (Joseph) of Wallkill, Heidi Eggelton (Daryl) of Wallkill; sister, Donna Roebuck of Florida; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Barry Cardone and her parents Paul and Edna Cardone.
